1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of corevistafitness.com and any fitness coaching or virtual training service purchased from Corevista Fitness. By using the website, submitting a request or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms and any written service agreement or order confirmation provided for the specific service.
2. Services
Corevista provides remote fitness assessments, personalized workout programs, virtual personal training, monthly online coaching, strength and conditioning programs, mobility and flexibility coaching, progress reviews and premium coaching. The scope, schedule, price and deliverables for a purchase are confirmed before payment or service commencement. “From” prices may vary based on requested scope.
3. Fitness and medical limitations
Corevista services are educational fitness coaching, not medical care. Corevista does not diagnose, treat or prescribe for any medical condition. Exercise involves risk, and you are responsible for choosing a safe space, appropriate equipment and a level of effort suitable for you. Review the Fitness Disclaimer before participating.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide accurate information about your goals, experience, equipment and relevant limitations;
- follow safety instructions and use equipment as intended;
- stop exercising and seek appropriate assistance if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath beyond expected exertion or other concerning symptoms;
- not record, reproduce or distribute a live session or program without written permission; and
- use the services only for personal, lawful purposes.
5. Scheduling, payment and recurring services
Scheduling and payment details are confirmed in writing before purchase. Monthly coaching may renew only as disclosed and authorized during enrollment. You may request cancellation through the website contact form or by telephone. A cancellation stops future renewals after it is processed; any current-period refund is governed by the applicable written service agreement and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The website, branding, written materials and personalized programs are owned by Corevista or used with permission. When you purchase a program, Corevista grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your personal training. You may not resell, publish, teach from, copy or distribute it to others.
7. No guaranteed results
Fitness outcomes vary based on many factors, including consistency, recovery, nutrition, health, prior experience and circumstances outside Corevista’s control. No specific outcome, performance improvement or time frame is promised or guaranteed.
8. Website assistant, availability and third-party services
The automated service assistant provides limited, general information about Corevista services and is not a coach, healthcare professional or emergency resource. Its response does not create a service agreement, confirm availability or replace an individualized assessment. We may change or temporarily suspend website features for maintenance, security or operational reasons. Video calls, payments and communications may depend on third-party services governed by their own terms. Corevista is not responsible for outages or acts of unaffiliated providers beyond its reasonable control.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corevista will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the website or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits rights available under applicable consumer law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a formal dispute, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue through direct communication. Any claim must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction unless the parties separately agree otherwise.
